Job Summary

Our Client an IT Services and Consultant company is looking for a Laboratory Systems Analyst Lab IT Deployment & Instrument Support for their Rahway NJ location.

Responsibilities:

Laboratory software deployments
Instrument workstation builds and deployments
Laboratory system onboarding
Infrastructure readiness verification
Cutover and go-live activities
Lab System Software Installation and configuration support
Assist in troubleshooting software and hardware issues related to lab instruments (e.g. HPLC GC spectrophotometers).
Work closely with lab analysts QA and IT teams to resolve system-related issues during implementation
Vendor communications coordination during the Lab system onboarding
Configure and maintain local and network-attached laboratory equipment peripherals and supporting infrastructure.
Support LAN/WAN connectivity wireless network troubleshooting and coordination with network operations teams.
Create/update Job aids SOPs Work instructions and other SDLC documents
Instrument inventory documentation and management
