Laboratory

• Bachelors degree in biology chemistry or a life science field
• ASCP required
• 2 years of prior experience in a medical or clinical laboratory setting.
• BLS through the AHA

• Expert use of advanced microscopes to screen and study thousands of cells on a single slide.
• Exceptional visual focus to spot tiny abnormal cell changes that signal disease.
• Strong understanding of human anatomy cellular biology and safe laboratory staining methods.
• Clear reporting of findings to pathologists and other medical team members.
• Ability to sit and concentrate for long hours while performing repetitive precise visual checks.

Shift:

Monday- Friday 0800-1630
