As our Laboratory Assistant you will play a critical role in supporting our clinical operations by ensuring the accurate handling processing and analysis of patient specimens. You will work closely with our medical technologists and clinical laboratory scientists to maintain regulatory compliance and high-quality standards. This is an essential position for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about patient safety and contributing to the efficiency of a fast-paced diagnostic environment.

Every day you will manage the lifecycle of laboratory specimens from proper patient identification and labeling to aliquoting and loading samples onto high-tech instrumentation. Your routine will involve conducting department support taskssuch as culture plating and histology stainingwhile monitoring supply inventories performing routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting any technical or specimen-related issues. Additionally you may perform phlebotomy for all age groups and execute CLIA-waived or moderately complex testing ensuring all results are validated against strict quality control protocols.

You must be a proactive communicator who can handle clerical duties while demonstrating technical competence in specimen processing and instrumentation.
