Our Client a Clinical Laboratory company is looking for a Lab Technician II for their San Leandro CA location.

Responsibilities:
- Testing: Execute waived to high-complexity tests in clinical chemistry hematology coagulation and basic blood banking.
- Ensure Rapid Turnaround: Maintain strict adherence to rapid STAT TAT goals to support critical clinical interventions.
- Quality Control & Maintenance: Perform review and document daily quality control (QC) instrument calibrations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Verification: Analyze verify and report patient test results accurately into the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
- Communication: Immediately communicate critical or panic values to attending physicians nurses and healthcare teams following protocol.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety regulatory and accreditation standards (including CLIA CAP and OSHA).
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science Biology Chemistry or a related biological science.
- Licensure & Certification: Valid CA Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience; hospital or STAT/core lab experience strongly preferred
- Skills: Excellent multitasking abilities strong analytical skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure in a high-urgency environment.
