Lab Assistant Bradley Lab

• $37 hourly Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)

Develop and advance research investigating the immunotherapeutic potential of superantigens in established solid tumor models including B16 melanoma and TC-1 systems. Designs and executes experimental studies analyzes data and contributes to the dissemination of findings through peer-reviewed publications with a focus on evaluating translational and therapeutic applications.

• Perform common immunological microbiological and biochemical assays including ELISA Western blotting and cell cloning.
• Conduct and interpret flow cytometry experiments including assay setup sample preparation acquisition and data analysis.
• Carry out small animal research procedures in compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
• Manage and execute murine cancer studies including established models such as B16 melanoma and TC1.
• Support experimental design data collection troubleshooting and basic laboratory record keeping.
• Maintain lab organization reagent preparation and standard operating procedures as needed.

• Detail oriented
• Works well independently and with others

• PhD in cancer immunology or a closely related field
• Experience with common immunological microbiological and biochemical assays including ELISA Western blotting and cell cloning
• Expertise in flow cytometry
• Experience with small animal research techniques
• Experience with murine cancer models including but not limited to B16 melanoma and TC1 models
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
