Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Android Software Engineer to join a collaborative product engineering team focused on building engaging personalized and data-driven mobile experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing Android applications using Kotlin Jetpack Compose and the Android SDK.
• In this role you will design develop test and maintain high-quality Android applications while partnering closely with Product UX/UI QA and other engineering teams.

• Design develop enhance and maintain Android application features using Kotlin Jetpack Compose and the Android SDK.
• Translate product and design requirements into scalable intuitive and robust mobile experiences.
• Collaborate with Product UX/UI QA and Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in technical discussions design reviews and code reviews to maintain high-quality engineering standards.
• Write clean maintainable and well-tested code following modern Android development practices.
• Integrate and work with APIs and backend services to support application functionality.
• Troubleshoot debug and resolve application defects and technical issues.
• Use Git/GitHub for source control including branching committing pushing changes merging resolving conflicts and collaborating through code reviews.

• 34 years of professional software engineering experience for an Intermediate-level position or 5 years for a Senior-level position.
• Strong hands-on experience developing Android applications using Kotlin.
• Professional experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and modern Android development practices.
• Experience working with Git and GitHub including branches commits pull requests merges and conflict resolution.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering a related technical field or equivalent practical software development experience.
