Handson Prompt Experience 4 or more years

Key Skills

Experience into Agentic AI Platform standards and Prompt engineering

Implement IVR voice chat and omnichannel bot experiences leveraging Kore ai multichannel capabilities

Build and maintain Kore ai virtual assistants

Implement dialog flows intents and integrations

Integrate GenAI capabilities into conversational workflows

Develop backend services using Node js and Python

Integrate bots with enterprise systems via REST APIs

Support deployments across environments Dev QA Prod

Troubleshoot and fix production issues

Collaborate with Senior Engineers Prompt Engineers QA and BAs

Follow coding standards and delivery best practices
