Kohlers Operations &Supply Chain Leadership Development Program is an exciting two-year rotationalexperience designed to accelerate high-potential talent into future leaders whocan make an immediate and lasting impact across the business. Through fourmeaningful six-month rotations participants gain hands-on exposure tohigh-visibility work across areas such as operations supply chainmanufacturing sourcing planning logistics quality continuous improvementprocess engineering and front-line leadershipbuilding the enterprise mindsettechnical capability and leadership confidence needed to solve complexbusiness challenges. Supported by executive mentorship structured developmentcohort-based learning and intentional placement planning OSCLDP empowersassociates to explore diverse career paths contribute to strategic prioritiesand help shape the future of Operations and Supply Chain at Kohler.

Analyze end-to-end processes data and material flows to identify opportunities that improve safety quality delivery cost and customer experience.
Partner cross-functionally with teams across plants distribution centers corporate functions and business units to solve complex problems and drive alignment.
Apply Lean continuous improvement and problem-solving methods to standardize processes reduce waste improve reliability and strengthen operational performance.
Develop technical and business acumen through project ownership data analysis stakeholder communication and executive-level report outs.
Build leadership capability through hands-on exposure to frontline operations including opportunities to understand team performance daily management and shop floor decision-making.
Program Structure & Experiences KohlersLeadership Development Programs are designed as two-year full-time rotationalexperiences that provide broad exposure to the business while acceleratingleadership readiness. Participants complete 34 cross-functional rotationseach lasting 68 months where they contribute to impactful work aligned tobusiness priorities.
Beyondon-the-job experience participants engage in a structured enterprise-widedevelopment journey that includes:
A week-long immersive onboarding experience with their cross-functional cohort
Intentional semi-annual seminars and quarterly learning sessions throughout the program
Exposure to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
Ongoing mentorship coaching and performance feedback
Opportunities to build community through a cohort-based experience and networking events
Theprogram culminates in a formal graduation experience positioning participantsfor strategic placement into full-time roles aligned to their strengthsinterests and business priorities.
Skills/Requirements
Required Qualifications
Must have obtained a bachelors degree from an accredited institution with a major in Engineering Operations or Supply Chain no later than June 2026.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience through internships co-ops campus organizations athletics volunteer work or prior work experience.
Ability to navigate ambiguity adapt quickly to changing business priorities and take initiative in shaping solutions when the path forward is not fully defined.
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify trends evaluate options and recommend practical solutions.
Interest in building a career in operations and supply chain leadership with flexibility to rotate across functions teams and U.S. operational sites.

The salary range for this position is $65250 - $94050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location. Available benefits include medical dental vision & 401k.
