Primary Responsibilities:
The Knowledge Management Technician supports creation updates retirement and maintenance of knowledge articles and support documentation.
Additionally in this position you will:
- Update knowledge articles.
- Conduct article reviews and validation.
- Format and publish content.
- Support knowledge audits.
- Track article lifecycle status.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of technical documentation or knowledge management experience.
