Digital Assistant Category ManagerThe Digital Assistant Category Manager supports the execution and day-to-day management of Lifetime Brands ecommerce presence across Amazon key retail partners and owned role works hands-on with social media coordination AI-assisted content creation and ecommerce listing management to ensure product content is accurate live and performing as ResponsibilitiesSupport social media coordination tied to ecommerce and product visibilityCreate and maintain AI-generated product content for Amazon and other ecommerce partnersManage ecommerce listings including titles bullets images and backend attributesUpload content to partner platforms and owned sites verify it is live and troubleshoot issues when content does not publish correctlyCoordinate Shopify updates across Lifetime Brands owned websitesWork with internal teams to coordinate photo and video assets for ecommerce and social useMonitor pricing suppression and listing issues across ecommerce platforms and flag inconsistenciesCollaborate cross-functionally to keep product content current and compliantIdeal FitDetail-oriented and organizedComfortable working across multiple platforms at onceInterested in ecommerce digital merchandising and emerging AI toolsWilling to learn platform requirements and problem-solve quickly when issues ariseEducation: Bachelors degree in Business or MarketingExperience: 02 years in digital marketing e-commerce merchandising or procurementTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing tools and MS Excel/data analysis software.E-commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of online storefront optimization user experience and digital Skills: Ability to interpret data and drive actionable insightsSoft Skills: communication and project management skills
