Kitchen Steward CCL (Full Time)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a pleasant friendly and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Wash Dishesdaily.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Emptygarbage and mopfloors.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Ballys and departmental management.

Competencies:

• Must be able to work any assigned shift including late nights weekends holidays and overtime.
• Read write and understand simple instructions.
• Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol and any other federal state and/or local regulations.
• Effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.

• Required to stand and walk use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools and controls reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.

• Exposed to variable temperatures smoke steam and wet areas.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat loud.
