• Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Close sales and collect required agreements and deposits
• Coordinate with designers estimators project managers and installation teams
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the pre-construction process
• Generate referrals and develop additional business through networking and local outreach
• Keep customer and sales activity current in our CRM

• Proven sales ability preferably in kitchen remodeling home improvement cabinetry construction design or in-home sales
• Strong consultative selling and closing skills
• Professional confident and approachable communication
• Ability to discuss budgets comfortably and overcome objections respectfully
• Excellent follow-up organization and time-management habits
• Basic understanding of kitchen design measurements materials or constructionor the ability to learn quickly
• Comfortable using email digital proposals CRM software and virtual meeting tools
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Availability for some evening or weekend appointments when customers require them
