Shifts:
- 6am-3pm
- 12pm-8:30pm
- 10am-6:30pm
- Monday-Friday and every other weekend
- $16.50 per hour
- Follow standardized recipes
- Prepare modified and restricted meals
- Monitor food and equipment temperatures
- Receive store and rotate stock
- Operate industrial ovens steamers grills slicers and deep fryers
- Train or guide kitchen assistants set up patient tray lines and clean work areas
- Related experience in a commercial institutional or healthcare food preparation
- Ability to stand and walk for long shifts
