    SALARY:$248.63/dayper the Tri-City United ISD 2905 Master Teacher Agreement

    BENEFITS:Retirement and Paid sick leave

    REPORTS TO:Building Principal

    LICENSURE:Minnesota Teaching License Required

    QUALIFICATIONS &EXPECTATIONS:

    • Elementary Teaching experience preferred butnot required.
    • Actively participate in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC / CLT)
    • Prepare and collaborate with students parents/guardians and staff to promote student engagement
    • Utilize best practice (research-based) strategies in lesson development and delivery
    • Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards
    • Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools
