Overview:1-800-GOT-JUNK is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active customer-facing role where youll provide on-site estimates close sales and remove unwanted items for our customers. Were hiring ambitious outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.

Location: Ashland VA serving the greater Richmond area
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $24$31/hr ($13 base Profit Sharing Tips) including:

- Overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
• Load lift and remove items from homes and businesses
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
• Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
• Keep trucks clean and organized

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• 21 Years and older
• Valid drivers license
• Reliable punctual and team-oriented

Schedule:

• 812 hour shifts
• 1 weekend shift and 3-4 weekday shifts expectations
