Kick-start your career in telephony and software development as a Junior Telephony Developer where youll work alongside experienced professionals to deliver innovative communication this hands-on role youll help implement and support telephony software contribute to process automation troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve services that make a real impact across the organisation. Key Selection Criteria
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude with the ability to implement test and support software solutions troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of PHP and web APIs with foundational skills in JavaScript CSS and contemporary front-end technologies.
- Basic understanding of telephony platforms (e.g. Cisco Unified Communications Manager) and software that integrates with telephony systems.
- Strong analytical organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to prepare documentation provide technical guidance and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail a commitment to quality and safety and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
