JUNIOR & MID-LEVEL PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (R2368)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior or Mid-Level Patent Litigation Associate to join our patent practice. This is a full-time position available in multiple locations: Silicon Valley New York Washington D.C. Seattle San Francisco or Santa Monica.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on patent matters and case law
Draft patent-related pleadings and motions
Assist with patent litigation strategy and case management
Prepare technical documents and expert reports
Conduct discovery on patent-related issues
Assist at patent hearings and trials
Manage patent litigation case files
Coordinate with technical experts and clients

Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from accredited law school
Admitted to practice in applicable state(s)
Background in patent law or intellectual property preferred
Technical degree or strong technical aptitude helpful
Strong legal writing and research skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with technical concepts and experts

Compensation

Salary: $235000 $390000/year plus performance bonus
