Junior Fund Transfer – Analyst

Specific Duties:

Knowledge & Experience in funds transfer investigation and Payment Processing

Handling Process escalations work allocations and providing support to team members in critical activities

Should be able to Manage end to end Funds Transfer process and ensuring all the Inquiries & queries raised by internal department and Client Servicing Group

Knowledge of Remitter Beneficiary Bank Nostro Bank Correspondence Bank & Intermediary Bank

Knowledge of Swifts & its workflow. E.g.. MTetc.

Experience

Relevant experience should be 1 year. 1.5-3 years of total experience. Should have managed operations for international client.

Skills / competency requirements

Commerce Graduate

Should be flexible to work in shifts & cover US working hours

Experience in managing operations for international clients

Must be aware of the impact of Fund Transfer

Excellent in MS Office communication skills inter-personal skills
