Responsibilities
- Assemble and wire industrial control panels directly from schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Install panels into industrial machinery connecting critical sensors motors interlocks and safety devices.
- Perform precise conduit installation wire pulling and secure electrical terminations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems both in our Ravenna shop and live at customer sites.
- Balance your time between productive shop work and exciting field service travel (up to 50%).
Requirements
- 2 years of industrial electrical panel wiring or industrial maintenance experience.
- Proven ability to read interpret and follow electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Familiarity with machine safety hardware (e.g. E-stops interlocks safety relays).
- Hands-on proficiency with standard hand tools measuring devices and electrical test equipment. Basic PLC wiring knowledge is required (programming skills are a huge plus!)
- A strict safety mindset with the ability to work in heavy industrial environments. Must have a valid drivers license and a willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Associate degree in an electrical/technical field is preferred but not required.
