The Junior Construction Project Manager supports the management of property construction relocations and remodels across the United States. The primary purpose of this role is to assist in ensuring that all stores are constructed in accordance with company design standards to uphold the customer experience and brand integrity of Reece. This is a development-focused role that works closely with senior Construction Managers cross-functional partners and external vendors to gain exposure to all phases of construction delivery including planning execution financial tracking FF&E coordination and project closeout. All core skills will be taught with the assistance guidance and review of senior management as the individual develops in the role.

Key Responsibilities

Design / Construction Support

Assist in the planning coordination and oversight of construction work for new builds remodels and relocations

Support scope development budgeting scheduling and procurement activities under the direction of senior managers

Help track capital project budgets including feasibility studies cost estimates approvals invoicing and closeout

Assist with monthly reporting forecasting and schedule tracking for active projects

Support coordination across centralized workstreams (IT marketing operations supply chain HR fleet procurement facilities)

Help maintain critical project milestones and communicate status updates to internal stakeholders

Support value engineering efforts cost controls and continuous improvement initiatives

Assist with lease-related construction requirements and coordination with real estate as needed

Help document and refine construction processes to improve consistency efficiency and cost performance

Participate in DMAIC or other continuous improvement efforts as assigned

Field & Site Support

Visit branches and job sites as required to observe work in progress and assist with documenting issues or risks

Support compliance with brand standards building codes and safety requirements

Assist in identifying and reporting non-conformance issues in the field

Furniture Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)

Assist with coordination tracking and installation of furniture fixtures and equipment

Support delivery scheduling site coordination and verification of installations against approved plans

Help resolve field issues related to FF&E placement or readiness for store opening

Project Closeout & Financial Support

Assist with project closeout including punch list tracking documentation collection and final invoicing

Support compilation of closeout packages (as-builts warranties permits O&M manuals inspections)

Assist with preparation and tracking of Tenant Improvement (TI) allowance reimbursement submissions

Help verify invoices lien waivers and required documentation for landlord reimbursements

Maintain organized digital and physical project records in accordance with company standards

Contractor Agreements / Relationships

Assist in maintaining relationships with prequalified contractors vendors and suppliers

Support administration of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) Scopes of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Help evaluate contractor performance and document feedback as directed

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners in a professional manner

Support compliance with OSHA OHS and applicable building codes on all projects

Key Competencies and Skills Required

Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks as directed

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation

Basic understanding of construction processes contracts and drawings (training provided)

Willingness to travel to project sites as needed

Minimum Qualifications

3-5 years experience as a tenant/owners construction manager with ground-up construction experience

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Architecture Engineering or Construction preferred
