As a Clinical Operations Associate at Solace you will be instrumental in bridging clinical excellence with operational execution. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Medical Officer you will ensure that our clinical programs deliver exceptional value to patients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how healthcare advocacy operates at scale. Youll work on high-visibility initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes.

This role is remote in the Greater Boston area due to occasional in office work.

What Youll Do

• Drive value and learn. Youll take full ownership of your work and you take responsibility for every last detail every step of the way

• Work with small multi-disciplinary teams. Youll partner closely with engineering product and business folks to find elegant solutions to clinical challenges.

• Support and implement processes that allow our clinical services to grow without sacrificing the personalized care that defines Solace

• Actively contribute to maintaining and elevating our clinical standards serving as a guardian of quality in everything we deliver

• Convert high-level clinical strategies into executable plans with clear metrics and accountability

What You Bring

• Have completed at least one internship or research project related to this field

• Proof you are curious passionate and operationally-minded: We want to see examples of processes you created tools you implemented or chaos you tamed

• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information. You dont need everything spelled out to make progress.

• Clinical or healthcare interest is a significant plusitll help you understand context faster and build better systems but we care more about operational chops than clinical credentials

• Bias toward action balanced with humility: we want you to be hungry to solve problems but always ask why is this problem happening who has tried to solve it and how can I learn from others
