Role Overview

We are looking for recent college graduates or early-career professionals with 0-2 years of experience to join our Business Analysis team. The ideal candidate will have an interest in requirements gathering business process analysis data analysis and project coordination.

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders project teams developers and QA teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements. It is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build practical experience in business analysis Agile methodologies and technology-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather analyze document and validate business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Conduct meetings interviews and requirement-gathering sessions with business users and project teams.
  • Translate business requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRD) Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Create process flows workflow diagrams use cases and functional specifications.
  • Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups backlog refinement sprint reviews and retrospectives.
  • Create and maintain user stories and product backlogs using tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios coordinating with business users and documenting results.
  • Perform basic data analysis using Excel SQL or reporting tools to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems define solutions and document expected outcomes.
  • Prepare presentations status reports meeting notes and project documentation.
  • Track requirements issues risks dependencies and project deliverables.
  • Support change management and ensure business requirements remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend solutions based on business needs.
  • Stay up to date with Business Analysis practices Agile methodologies business process management and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience or knowledge in Business Analysis requirements analysis or related areas.
  • Basic understanding of business requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Familiarity with BRD FRD user stories use cases and acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of Jira Confluence or similar project management tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including basic data analysis formulas filtering sorting and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred.
  • Familiarity with process modeling and tools such as Visio Lucidchart or similar applications is a plus.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
  • Willingness to learn new business processes technologies and analytical tools.
