Primary Responsibilities:
The APR Technician Tier 2 provides support for routine escalations requiring additional troubleshooting beyond Service Desk capabilities.
Additionally in this position you will:
- Resolve assigned incidents and service requests.
- Perform remote troubleshooting.
- Document findings and resolutions.
- Support user communication and status updates.
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex issues.
- Maintain SLA compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of IT support experience.
- Understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop support.
