Job Summary
CACI is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer that has 1- 3 years experience managing the ServiceNow platform or similar following ITIL methodology with the main emphasis on ITSM and record producer business processes. The role includes installing troubleshooting and developing ServiceNow applications using an Agile framework and Scrum methodology. The role also includes designing and developing portal applications using ServiceNows Employee Center Pro.
Responsibilities:
Performing ServiceNow Service Portal configurations and deployments
Developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities
Ensuring that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process
Leveraging UI policies UI actions and client scripts
Implementing ServiceNow users groups roles and ACL management
Working with other developers and Scrum Master to communicate current development effort status and any blockers in the daily Scrum meetings
Assisting with maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques during the during the development process
Required Qualifications:
Current IAT Level II Certification - Security or equivalent certification
Excellent communication and people skills and work well in a fast-paced team environment
Experience with ServiceNow Development using:
o Business Rules
o Client Scripts
o UI Actions
o ITSM
Understanding of best practices across both commercial and federal sectors as it relates to workflow and process management.
TS/SCI with Ploy
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) course to be completed within 60 days of start (certification not mandatory)
Desired Qualifications:
o JavaScript
o Web technologies - HTML or XML
o Employee Center Pro
Experience in scrum and agile frameworks for development to include task management performing stand-ups and
sprint reviews gathering requirements and creating documentation.
ITIL4 certification
ServiceNow developer certification preferably Certified System Administrator (CSA)
