Were looking for aJunior Project Manager whos ready to roll up their sleeves learn fast and help bring hotel projects to lifefrom renovations and upgrades to behind-the-scenes improvements that keep everything running smoothly.

Youll partner closely with our Director of Capital Projects and support projects across our hotel portfoliothink renovations mechanical upgrades and everything in between.

Be in the Action

• Help manage hotel projects from planning through completion
• Be onsitewalking properties checking progress and keeping things moving
• Work alongside contractors engineers and hotel teams to get it done right

Keep Projects on Track

• Coordinate schedules budgets and vendor timelines
• Track progress and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
• Help sequence work so hotels can keep running (guests always come first!)

Own the Details

• Organize project docspunch lists reports proposals approvals
• Keep communication flowing between GMs vendors and stakeholders
• Make sure everyone knows whats happening and whats next

Spot & Solve

• Identify issues early and help drive solutions
• Support risk mitigation and keep projects moving forward
• Learn to read plans and scopes (well teach you what you dont know)

Collaborate Across the Board

• Work with architects engineers contractors and brand partners (Hilton Marriott IHG more)
• Support bidding onboarding and compliance with brand standards

• 12 years of experience in hospitality construction or project coordination
• Strong organization skillsyou love a checklist and a timeline
• Clear communicationyou can keep everyone aligned and informed
• A proactive mindsetyou dont wait you move
• Comfort being onsite in active hotels and construction environments

Bonus points if you:

• Have exposure to hotel operations or renovations
• Can read construction plans (or are excited to learn)

• Youll beon the move (up to 60% travel across properties)
• Youll need avalid drivers license reliable transportation
• This role is hands-onexpect walking properties climbing stairs and being in the field

• Youll getreal hands-on experience in hotel renovations and capital projects
• Work directly with major hotel brands and industry partners
• Learn the ins and outs ofowner-side project management
• Clear path for growth into Project Manager and beyond
