Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Instructional Systems Designer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD.
Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Provides full spectrum training delivery and administration services for Insider Threat and Operational Security classes. Additionally supports Insider Threat professionalization services certification programs and education outreach communication and development activities.
- Provide full spectrum training services including not limited to:
- Instruct modules in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
- Facilitate breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
- Update Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.
- Administer government Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs.
- Register and communicate with prospective and current students.
- Set up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.
- Establish and disseminate the course calendars.
- Distribute course certificates and surveys.
- Support Insider Threat professionalization services certification programs and education outreach communication and development activities including but not limited to:
- Edit and refresh Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides to include conducting focus groups designing and disseminating surveys analyzing survey results and writing reports.
- Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional) Program to include participating in bi-weekly phone calls conveying customer interests coordinating governance meetings and reviewing technical reports.
- Contribute to and attend IC events including the Insider Threat Data Analysis Working group and the 811 Conference
- Participate in planning and executing National Insider threat Awareness Month events.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Insider Threat Experience
- Previous instructor and training administration experience preferred
- Previous experience in the Intelligence Community preferred
- Proficient in MS office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Strong attention to detail
Basic Qualifications
- Three years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).
- Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
