Leidos is seeking a Journeyman Instructional Systems Designer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda MD.

Major Tasks Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• Provides full spectrum training delivery and administration services for Insider Threat and Operational Security classes. Additionally supports Insider Threat professionalization services certification programs and education outreach communication and development activities.
• Provide full spectrum training services including not limited to:
• Instruct modules in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
• Facilitate breakout sessions in virtual Insider Threat and Operational Security classes.
• Update Insider Threat and Operational Security curriculum.
• Administer government Insider Threat and Operational Security training programs.
• Register and communicate with prospective and current students.
• Set up virtual classrooms and breakout rooms.
• Establish and disseminate the course calendars.
• Distribute course certificates and surveys.
• Support Insider Threat professionalization services certification programs and education outreach communication and development activities including but not limited to:
• Edit and refresh Insider Threat Competency Resource Guides to include conducting focus groups designing and disseminating surveys analyzing survey results and writing reports.
• Support the Certified Counter Insider Threat Professional) Program to include participating in bi-weekly phone calls conveying customer interests coordinating governance meetings and reviewing technical reports.
• Contribute to and attend IC events including the Insider Threat Data Analysis Working group and the 811 Conference
• Participate in planning and executing National Insider threat Awareness Month events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Insider Threat Experience
• Previous instructor and training administration experience preferred
• Previous experience in the Intelligence Community preferred
• Proficient in MS office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Strong attention to detail

Basic Qualifications

• Three years of experience with a B.A./B.S. or M.A./M.S. degree (or 9 years with no degree).
• Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance.
