PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Any offer of employment is contingent upon the successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements which may include a background check drug screening and a post-offer physical examination to determine the candidates ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position. The examination may include a lift test and other job-related assessments where permitted by law.

INTRODUCTORY PERIOD
Positions covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement are subject to a30-day introductory period all others are subject to a 90-day introductory period. During this time both the employee and the Company evaluate job performance attendance safety practices and overall fit with the organization.
