Position Overview:

Job Title: Johnson County Outreach Coordinator/A&R Counselor II.

Position Type: Full-Time 40 hours per week.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (occasional evening/weekend hours may be required).

Pay Range: $26.72 hourly.

Position Goal:

HACAP is an organization families turn to in Eastern Iowa. We are seeking a dedicated client-focused and community-oriented individual to join our team. The Johnson County Outreach Coordinator / A&R Counselor II provides customer service and connects families with Energy Assistance programs through the A&R Counselor II responsibilities while also serving as HACAPs primary presence and point of contact in Johnson County as the Johnson County Outreach Coordinator. This position is allocated approximately 75% to Energy Assistance and 25% to Johnson County Outreach.

Qualifications & Conditions of Employment:

Education and/or Experience

• Associates Degree and experience working in Human Services Counseling or Financial Planning

  OR

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Conditions of Employment
