Job Opportunities Field Superintendent Service

As a Field Superintendent of Existing Installations (EI) you will oversee servicing maintenance andrepair of assigned units to meet customer and company standards for quality safety and costmanagement. Support area objectives through effective project oversight and employee management.

Essential Function
1. Operations Management - Build a safe and effective team environment byleading field technicians to ensure maintenance meets quality standards aswell as contract requirements. Coordinate routes scheduling ordering partsand verifying payroll accuracy while assuring profitability. Partner withArea/Territory Operations Managers with implementation of company &industry best practices to achieve service financial and delivery metrics

2. Quality and Safety - Perform regular site inspections to deliver exceptionalservice maintenance warranty and repair offerings. Conduct Field SafetyAudits at required intervals to ensure technicians understand and follow safe

3. Employee development planning & logistics - Educate technicians onprocesses tools and standards through training and performance programsthereby continuously improving service delivery. Manage logistics andimplement preventive maintenance strategies; schedule quarterly customersite visits

4. Collaboration - Collaborate with the local sales team to estimate serviceorders; Maintain relationships with local IUEC business agents andcommunicate effectively to resolve disputes. Partner with New Installationand Modernization Project Managers during contract conversions to ensurecustomer satisfaction

5. Problem Solving - Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders andcustomer to investigate resolve and address any operational challenges
that may arise.

Education
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent in relevant work experience in the elevator industryconstruction industry or related field
Experience
5 years of technical leadership experience or elevator industry experience preferred

Ability to manage sensitive employee relations issues
Proven leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Strong organizational skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to be on call as needed
