What Youll Own
This isnt just data entry youre the one holding every job accountable to the finish line.
- Manage job files from first notice of loss through final closeout nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
- Monitor job status work-in-progress and audit compliance across an active caseload
- Build preliminary estimates and prepare accurate job file documentation
- Serve as the go-to liaison between customers insurance adjusters and our field technicians
- Keep communication moving calls returned emails answered questions resolved before they become problems
- Prepare job file reports and support the audit process so every file is clean and closeout-ready
- Draft correspondence maintain filing systems and support day-to-day office operations

What You Bring
- 13 years of experience in this or a similar role preferred
- Previous experience in office administration customer service insurance or project coordination is a plus
- Outstanding organizational skills and an eye for detail you catch what others miss
- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable on the phone with customers and adjusters
- Ability to juggle multiple job files at once without losing track of a single one
- A calm professional presence when situations get stressful because for our customers this is often the worst day of their year
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning new software systems
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever the office needs support
