Position Description:
The candidate for this role will be expected to be onsite five days a week at our client site in Pittsburgh PA.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
.Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise document management solutions
.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
.Design scalable and secure Java-based applications and APIs
.Integrate enterprise document management platforms with:
oCore banking systems
oWorkflow platforms
oCustomer-facing applications
oAPIs and downstream systems
.Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
.Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards coding best practices and security guidelines
.Drive system performance optimization scalability and reliability improvements
.Support CI/CD DevOps and automation initiatives
.Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality engineering practices
.Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root cause analysis activities
.Support modernization and migration initiatives across legacy and modern platforms

.8 years of software development experience in
oJava (Java 8/11/17)
oSpring Boot

.8 years of Strong knowledge and experience of:

oDistributed systems
oEvent-driven architectures
.5 years of technical leadership experience
.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Java solutions
.Experience with enterprise document management / ECM platforms such as:
oOpenText
oIBM FileNet
oHyland OnBase
oAlfresco
oAdobe Experience Manager (AEM)
oSharePoint (enterprise implementations)
.8 years of experience designing and developing:
oDocument ingestion workflows
oDocument retrieval services
oMetadata-driven document management solutions
.Strong SQL and database experience:
oOracle SQL Server PostgreSQL DB2 etc.
.Experience with:
oLinux/Unix environments
oCI/CD pipelines
oGit and version control systems
.Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills

.Experience leading and mentoring development teams

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58800.00 - $156700.00.
