Job Summary
We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in Java J2EE PySpark/Spark AWS and ETL/streaming data pipelines. The ideal candidate will develop and support scalable resilient cloud-based applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop test deploy and maintain Java J2EE applications and data pipelines.
- Build and support ETL and streaming pipelines using PySpark/Spark.
- Work with AWS services including SQS Lambda S3 and RDS.
- Apply Agile CI/CD TDD security and resiliency practices.
- Troubleshoot and improve application and pipeline performance.
Required Skills
- 45 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong Java J2EE development experience.
- Hands-on experience with PySpark/Spark and ETL/streaming pipelines.
- Strong Python or Java programming skills.
- Experience with AWS SQS Lambda S3 and RDS.
- Knowledge of CI/CD TDD cloud development security and application resiliency.
- Understanding of the complete software development lifecycle.
Preferred Skills
- Unix/Linux Shell scripting
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Familiarity with LLM technologies and practical OpenAI/Azure use cases
Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities Develop modern responsive UI components using React and TypeScript. Build and integrate backend services using Java Spring Boot and REST APIs. Modernize existing applications using AWS React and Spring Boot. Work with AWS services including ECS S3 ALB/NLB and Lambda. Design develop test troubleshoot and support production applications. Write secure scalable and high-quality code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/CI/CD environment. Improve application performance reliability observability and architecture.
