Role Overview
Paisly is seeking a MidLevel Java Integration Engineer to join their hybrid team in Dania Beach FL. This role involves designing developing and maintaining integration solutions that support enterprisescale web applications and services. The ideal candidate will have handson Java experience strong knowledge of internet technologies and the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field OR equivalent experience (High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years relevant work).

3 years of professional experience in technology roles.

Solid understanding of software engineering environments standards and internet protocols.

Experience managing Service Level Agreements and building strong stakeholder relationships across organizational levels.

Willingness to travel overnight (up to 10%).
Preferred Qualifications

3 years of handson experience in Java development.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java Python or Go.

Experience architecting and developing productiongrade solutions in cloud environments (AWS Azure Google Cloud).

Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain a professional presence and build relationships across the organization.
