Our Client a Financial company is looking for a Java Backend Engineer for their McLean VA location.

- Former Client contractors: Candidates should have prior Client experience and familiarity with the organizations environment and processes.
- Availability: The focus is on former Client contractors whose current assignments are ending soon.
- Martin is not looking for candidates who are actively working at Client.
- Ability to hit the ground running: The individual needs to understand the environment quickly and help complete the remaining program work without extensive onboarding.
- Program closeout experience: The candidate must be capable of helping wrap up the outstanding work before the program concludes in February 2027.
