Core Development Skills:
Java/J2EE strong expertise in backend development.
Microservices
Struts Framework understanding and experience maintaining legacy systems.
Spring MVC & Spring Boot for building scalable microservices and APIs.
REST & SOAP Web Services API creation and consumption.
JSON/XML data handling.
Front End : JavaServer Page for VoiceXML (JSV) and Java server page.
IVR/Telephony:
Understanding of IVR call flows SIP
Experience with IVR platforms such as Genesys and cloud telephony (e.g. Twilio Google Dialogflow).
Familiarity with speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines
Database:
Strong SQL skills with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
Experience with stored procedures indexing and query optimization.
Build & Deployment :
CI/CD experience using Git Maven Jenkins or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (GCP).
Preferred Skills
Migration of IVR applications from monolithic Struts apps to Spring Boot microservices.
Knowledge of AI-driven conversational IVR solutions.
