We are engaging Bilingual Japanese Psychologists (PhD) to contribute professional expertise to an innovative customer project. Youll apply your psychology and bilingual expertise to help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems through high-quality real-world input. No prior AI experience is requiredyour professional and domain expertise is what matters.

• Analyze and assess psychological case studies and documentation providing nuanced feedback based on professional experience.
• Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Japanese and English for data enrichment and AI model training.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy ethical considerations and alignment with psychological best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychological perspectives and support effective solutions for diverse user needs.
• Document evaluation processes findings and recommendations clearly and systematically.
• Apply bilingual communication skills to interpret and refine psychological assessments while maintaining accuracy across languages and cultural contexts.

• PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in clinical and/or academic settings.
• Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English.
