Job Summary
The Janitorial Supervisor will provide oversight of all custodial services at CMIs customer site in Washington DC.
Key Job Functions
- Responsible for ensuring buildings are in clean and orderly condition to include all interior and exterior areas of the federal facility
- Supervise all custodial staff and ensure proper coverage at all times
- Ensure all supplemental services such as window washing snow and ice removal are handled according to the customer requirements
Qualifications :
- High school diploma; BA degree preferred
- At least 3 years of experience managing custodial services at a multi-site federal facility totaling at least 1.7M square feet.
- Required to be fully conversant in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skills
