PAY RATE: $14.00 - $15.00 / Hr

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM -3:00 PM

PAY SCHEDULE: Weekly - Every Friday

Frantz is seeking a reliable and hardworking Janitorial Cleaner / Grounds Keeper to help maintain a clean safe and professional environment both inside and outside our customer facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently takes pride in their work and is comfortable performing a variety of cleaning and grounds maintenance duties in all weather conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Janitorial Cleaning Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms including toilets sinks mirrors countertops and fixtures.
• Restock paper products soap and other restroom supplies.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Vacuum carpets and mats.
• Sweep and mop hard surface floors.
• Dust offices workstations furniture windowsills and ledges.
• Clean break rooms kitchens and common areas.
• Wipe and sanitize tables countertops appliances and high-touch surfaces.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

Grounds Keeping Responsibilities:

• Pick up litter and debris around buildings sidewalks parking lots and landscaped areas.
• Empty exterior trash receptacles.
• Sweep sidewalks entryways and outdoor common areas.
• Maintain landscape beds as needed.
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance.
• Report property maintenance concerns or safety hazards.
• Help maintain a clean safe and professional appearance of the facility grounds.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Must be able to stand walk bend stoop and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and basic grounds maintenance tools.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Previous janitorial or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with landscaping grounds maintenance or property upkeep.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
