SERVPRO of Quincy & Hannibal is a trusted leader in cleaning restoration and emergency services. We help businesses and facilities maintain clean safe and professional environments. We are looking for dependable and hardworking Janitorial Cleaners to join our growing team.
The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial buildings and facilities. This position includes evening overnight and after-hours cleaning assignments. Candidates must be dependable detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms offices break rooms and common areas
- Sweep mop vacuum and dust assigned areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows mirrors and glass surfaces
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Secure buildings after completing after-hours cleaning assignments
- Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and after-hours shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
