As a Janitorial Team Member youll help maintain clean safe and professional facilities by:
- Sweeping mopping scrubbing and vacuuming hallways stairways offices and common areas.
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms including sinks toilets urinals mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners.
- Restocking restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.
- Communicating supply equipment maintenance or safety needs to the Lead Janitor.
- Supporting team operations and assisting coworkers when needed to ensure quality service.
In this role youll work closely with your Crew Leader and teammates to deliver high-quality janitorial services while maintaining a strong commitment to safety professionalism and customer service. Youll follow established procedures report concerns promptly participate in required trainings and help create a positive and productive work environment.
Were seeking someone who:
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Takes pride in producing quality work and maintaining a safe workplace.
- Can routinely lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending kneeling and other physical tasks associated with janitorial work.
- Is dependable motivated and committed to meeting expectations.
- This position requires a REAL ID.
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Previous janitorial custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred.
- Experience maintaining facilities in a clean safe and professional manner is a plus.
