Jack Operator Trim Line B 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric and manual pallet jacks to move product in and out of coolers freezers production areas and other designated plant locations.

• Stage transport and organize product to support production flow cooler/freezer organization and timely movement of materials throughout the plant.

• Perform daily equipment checks and report safety quality maintenance or product concerns to the Production Supervisor or appropriate team member.

• Assist with daily maintenance tasks special projects and routine or preventative maintenance activities as assigned.

• Support repairs installations adjustments and parts replacement for machinery and equipment within the scope of the role.

• Follow all company safety food safety quality sanitation GMP PPE and production-floor requirements.

• Maintain clean organized and safe work areas including travel paths staging areas coolers and freezers.

• Communicate effectively with production maintenance warehouse and supervisory team members to coordinate product movement and resolve issues.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Compensation:$18.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must be able to occasionally lift to 50lbs

• Ability to learn and perform a variety ofduties in a poultry production environment.

• Available to work assigned shifts including overtime and weekends as.

• Ability to follow safety requirements including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) company policies and departmental procedures.

• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Related production manufacturing food processing poultry processing warehouse or general labor experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Willingness to work in different production areas based on business needs.

New team members must be able to pass a drug and alcohol screening post-offer and prior to the start of their employment. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
