Job Summary
Job Title:Developer(IVR)
Location: Washington D.C(Hybrid or remote work model subject to customer direction)
Project Duration: 10 12 months.
Need to have or obtain Moderate Risk Public Trust / MBI
Role Summary
Developers will support the build configuration enhancement and migration of IVR applications within the Nuance Mix platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure IVR applications and workflows
- Support conversational flow implementation and integrations
- Build and maintain application logic prompts and workflows
- Participate in Agile sprint activities and technical reviews
- Support defect remediation and production support activities
- Collaborate with QA VUI and speech teams
- Support bilingual English/Spanish application requirements where applicable
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience developing IVR or conversational AI applications
- Familiarity with Nuance Mix or similar platforms
- Understanding of telephony and contact center environments
- Experience with APIs and integration development
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience with federal or enterprise customer environments
