What You Will Do:
- Provide PMO support to utility and energy provider clients on technology implementation projects.
- Support project planning tracking reporting and governance activities across multiple workstreams.
- Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules RAID logs action items status reports and other PMO deliverables.
- Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and materials capture decisions and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Partner with project managers client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive execution and issue resolution.
- Monitor project progress identify risks and dependencies and help facilitate mitigation planning and escalation as needed.
- Support process improvement efforts to strengthen PMO practices project controls and delivery consistency.
- Contribute to clear and effective communication across internal teams and external client stakeholders.
What You Will Need:
- Must be a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen due to nature of client engagement.
- High school diploma AND Nine (9) plus years of post-graduation work experience; Or Associates degree AND Seven (7) plus years of post-graduation work experience; Or Bachelors degree AND Five (5) plus years of post-graduation work experience.
- Total years of experience MUST include Four (4) plus years project management PMO or project controls experience in the Utilities or Energy sector.
- Experience supporting technology implementation projects preferably in the utility energy or other regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of PMO methodologies project governance and project lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience with project planning scheduling status reporting issue/risk tracking and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication facilitation and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced client environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel PowerPoint Word and Teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote and distributed teams.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office as needed.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Preference will be given to candidate that reside within 50 miles of a Guidehouse Office.
- Paid professional experience with enterprise applications such as GIS AMI WM CIS or other large-scale implementation efforts.
- Professional certification such as PMP CAPM or similar.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet MS Project Jira or similar platforms.

The annual salary range for this position is $122000.00-$204000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
