What You Will Do:

• Provide PMO support to utility and energy provider clients on technology implementation projects.
• Support project planning tracking reporting and governance activities across multiple workstreams.
• Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules RAID logs action items status reports and other PMO deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings prepare agendas and materials capture decisions and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Partner with project managers client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress identify risks and dependencies and help facilitate mitigation planning and escalation as needed.
• Support process improvement efforts to strengthen PMO practices project controls and delivery consistency.
• Contribute to clear and effective communication across internal teams and external client stakeholders.

What You Will Need:

• Must be a US Permanent Resident or US Citizen due to nature of client engagement.
• High school diploma AND Nine (9) plus years of post-graduation work experience; Or Associates degree AND Seven (7) plus years of post-graduation work experience; Or Bachelors degree AND Five (5) plus years of post-graduation work experience.
• Total years of experience MUST include Four (4) plus years project management PMO or project controls experience in the Utilities or Energy sector.
• Experience supporting technology implementation projects preferably in the utility energy or other regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of PMO methodologies project governance and project lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated experience with project planning scheduling status reporting issue/risk tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Excellent communication facilitation and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced client environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel PowerPoint Word and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote and distributed teams.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to work in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office as needed.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Preference will be given to candidate that reside within 50 miles of a Guidehouse Office.
• Paid professional experience with enterprise applications such as GIS AMI WM CIS or other large-scale implementation efforts.
• Professional certification such as PMP CAPM or similar.
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet MS Project Jira or similar platforms.
