Élan Partners is seeking an IT Vendor Management Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with a large financial services organization. This position will support technology vendor management supplier governance contract administration and operational performance across an enterprise IT environment.
The ideal candidate has experience working with technology vendors monitoring supplier performance managing SLAs and KPIs and coordinating across Procurement Legal Finance and IT Operations teams.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 years of experience in IT vendor management supplier management supplier governance procurement operations contract administration program management or operations.
- Experience working with enterprise technology vendors IT services end-user computing (EUC) or IT asset management.
- Experience with ServiceNow SAP Ariba Coupa or similar enterprise platforms.
- Familiarity with Power BI Tableau or other reporting tools.
- Experience supporting vendor onboarding RFP processes contract renewals or compliance activities.
- Experience monitoring and reporting on vendor SLAs KPIs scorecards and operational performance.
- Strong organizational analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities track deliverables and drive issues through resolution.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor governance meetings supplier performance reviews and follow-up activities.
- Monitor supplier SLAs KPIs scorecards and service delivery performance.
- Support vendor onboarding transitions and ongoing supplier relationship management.
- Track vendor risks escalations corrective action plans and operational issues through resolution.
- Assist with sourcing activities RFP coordination and supplier evaluations.
- Support contract administration renewals and tracking of contractual obligations.
- Prepare vendor performance reports dashboards and presentations for leadership.
- Maintain supplier governance documentation operating procedures and audit-ready records.
- Collaborate with Procurement Legal Finance and IT Operations to support vendor performance and service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier governance processes and operational efficiency.
