Location

Wichita Falls TX. This is an on-site client-facing opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with a team and solving real-world technology challenges. Candidates willing to relocate to the area are welcome to apply.

Candidates must have 3 years of IT support or systems administration experience including experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Windows Server and technical troubleshooting is essential.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Systems Engineer (MSP) to support and improve technology environments for our business clients. Youll be a trusted technical problem-solver handling everything from complex support escalations to server administration and IT infrastructure improvements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated IT support tickets involving servers networks workstations and business applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 Windows Server and business IT environments.
• Perform server maintenance patching updates and routine system troubleshooting.
• Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment connectivity issues and VoIP phone systems.
• Manage employee onboarding user accounts permissions and workstation setups.
• Support multiple business clients while delivering responsive professional technical assistance.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance reliability and security.
• Collaborate with our team to resolve challenging technical issues and improve client IT operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional IT support or systems administration experience.
• 1 year of experience supporting clients in an MSP environment.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server.
• Experience troubleshooting technical escalations networking issues and end-user systems.
• Familiarity with server maintenance patching and user account administration.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple technical priorities.
• Experience with VoIP systems virtualization backups or cloud technologies is a plus.
