Job Summary
JobSummary:
The IT Systems Administratoris responsible formanaging optimizing and securing the companys IT infrastructure including networks servers and software systems. This role requires exercising discretion and independent judgmentregardingIT solutions that directlyimpactbusiness operations cybersecurity compliance and system efficiency. The IT Systems Administrator collaborates across departments to develop strategiesmaintainregulatory compliance and drive continuous improvements in IT processes.
JobDuties and Responsibilities:
Broad variety of operations administration duties associated with computer systems and IT infrastructure.
Overseeing day to day management of IT task ticket system
Assistwith the maintenance and management of network servers and technology tools
Assistwith the deployment of software updates
Setup accounts and workstations.
Identifyand setup user trainings.
Identifyand support cybersecurity policies and initiatives.
Monitor system performance andmaintainsystems according to requirements
Troubleshoot user software/hardware/connectivity issues
Helpestablishremote-working networked IT solutions
Help design upgrade andmaintainwireless network
Support manufacturing production quality and related engineering efforts
Troubleshoot issues and outages
Coordinate IT issue resolutions with other IT resources asrequired
Assistwith development of processes and procedures
Track IT KPIs
Creation and updating of documentation
Assistwith user training
Support company AS9100 certification
Maintain and support NIST 800-171 and CMMC certification and compliance
Required Qualifications and Duties:
Bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field; OR an equivalent combination of education and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
Computer networks training
Experience with Enterprise IT admin
Formal computer science training is a plus
A working knowledge of Active Directory Microsoft 365 Administration and Group Policy Management
Writing documentation of Best Practices
Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
Proven ability to analyze and solve problems
Mustpossesssolid organizational skills
