IT System Administrator needed: Riviera Beach FL.
We have an opening with a great client of ours and we are looking for an IT System Administratorfor a contract position in Riviera Beach FL. This is a6-month long contract positionand youmust be a US Citizen to apply. Required: US Citizenship and Residency W2 hourly Contract Only No 1099 No third parties no C2C. No exceptions (Sorry)
Pay: $28 to $42.00/hr. D.O.E.
IT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
- Maintains smooth operation of cyber compliant computer systems including coordination with network administrators
- This position requires a CompTIA Security Certificate. Tasking will include interpreting security and information protection policies into executable requirements and technical solutions
- Ability to Troubleshoot system cyber settings impacting embedded software operation. This position includes Software Patching Virus Scanning Vulnerability Scanning and System backup
- Duties include setting up administrator and service accounts maintaining system documentation
- This person needs the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and demanding environment
Desired but NOT required:
- Knowledge of industry standard Information Assurance tools (Splunk Nessus/Tenable/ACAS STIG Viewer/SCAP Compliance Checker/eSTIG
- Programming language development with C. Scripting with Python PowerShell or similar
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GITLab Docker and container based micro service architecture
- Certification in Linux
