Were seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users systems and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments.
What Youll Do
Provide Tier 13 support for devices software and systems
Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
Manage service tickets and meet SLAs
Support Microsoft 365 Windows OS and Azure AD
Handle user account setup onboarding and offboarding
Assist with networking (VPN Wi-Fi firewalls)
Perform system updates patching and maintenance
Document issues and escalate when needed
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
What You Bring
25 years of IT support or help desk experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN)
Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools
Strong troubleshooting communication and customer service skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with Azure Intune or SCCM
Exposure to cybersecurity tools (MFA EDR)
Certifications (CompTIA A Network Microsoft)
Additional Info
Mix of onsite and remote support
Occasional after-hours or on-call work
