Were seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for end users systems and applications. This role is key to maintaining reliable IT operations and delivering a strong customer experience across onsite and remote environments.

What Youll Do

• Provide Tier 13 support for devices software and systems
• Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues
• Manage service tickets and meet SLAs
• Support Microsoft 365 Windows OS and Azure AD
• Handle user account setup onboarding and offboarding
• Assist with networking (VPN Wi-Fi firewalls)
• Perform system updates patching and maintenance
• Document issues and escalate when needed
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

What You Bring

• 25 years of IT support or help desk experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN)
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote tools
• Strong troubleshooting communication and customer service skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Azure Intune or SCCM
• Exposure to cybersecurity tools (MFA EDR)
• Certifications (CompTIA A Network Microsoft)

• Mix of onsite and remote support
• Occasional after-hours or on-call work
