Job Summary

As an IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our systems and technology are running smoothly and efficiently allowing us to provide the best possible care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients on a variety of hardware and software issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer systems software and hardware

- Install configure and maintain computer systems and software

- Monitor and maintain network and server systems to ensure optimal performance

- Assist with the implementation of new technology and systems

- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity

- Maintain an inventory of all hardware and software assets

- Create and maintain user accounts and access permissions

- Train employees on the use of new technology and software

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

- Experience with network and server management

- Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to adapt to changing technology and software
