IT SUPPORT ANALYST

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Analyst to join our team. The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our employees. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to all employees for hardware software and network related issues

- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime

- Install configure and maintain computer systems printers and other IT equipment

- Collaborate with IT team to implement and maintain new systems and applications

- Train employees on proper use of hardware and software

- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to our IT systems

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field

- Minimum of 2 years experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems

- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
